- Which caterer?Take Five and Miles provide catering for charters from central pickup points, while Bonefish serves western departures.
- What’s on the menu?All three offer buffets, lunch boxes, sushi, and spreads. Take Five can also provide a private chef and serving staff.
- How to order?Clients order directly from their chosen caterer and let us know once it’s placed. This step is important so we can collect your food before your charter.

Details to place your catering order: Browse their menu. Call (441) 295-1234 x 256 or email mileskitchen@miles.bm to place your order. Be sure to tell them you’re chartering with Sail Bermuda. Ask them to deliver order to Fuel Dock at least one hour prior to charter departure. Be sure to order at least 3-4 days in advance, ideally 1 week. Let us know you have placed a catering order so that we can collect it ahead of your charter.
