Q & A: How does catering work?
- Which caterer?Take Five and Miles provide catering for charters from central pickup points, while Bonefish serves western departures.
- What’s on the menu?All three offer buffets, lunch boxes, sushi, and spreads. Take Five can also provide a private chef and serving staff.
- How to order?Clients order directly from their chosen caterer and let us know once it’s placed. This step is important so we can collect your food before your charter.

For charters with central pickup locations
Choose from a selection of delicious hors d’oeuvres, picnics, salads, sushi, platters, complete meals and more! Browse their online menu and order directly from their website.
Be sure to tell them you’re chartering with Sail Bermuda. Ask them to deliver the order to the Fuel Dock at least one hour prior to the start of your charter. Be sure to order at least 3-4 days in advance, ideally 1 week.

While onboard with Sail Bermuda, enjoy elegant and delicious catering from Fourways, one of Bermuda’s most established and respected caterers. From beautifully prepared canapés and gourmet platters to fresh salads, sandwiches, sushi, and desserts, Fourways offers a wide range of options perfect for a relaxing day on the water. Their menus combine classic favourites with refined flavours that your guests are sure to enjoy while exploring Bermuda’s beautiful coastline.
Browse the catering menu online and arrange your order directly with Fourways. Be sure to let them know that you’re chartering with Sail Bermuda, provide your pickup location, and notify Sail Bermuda once your order has been placed so it can be collected ahead of your charter.
